Built in Las Vegas

Software that does the job you were about to hire for.

Custom apps, internal tools and websites — built one at a time, by hand. If your team retypes the same numbers between two systems, levels bids in a spreadsheet, or chases paperwork that should fill itself in, that work can be built once instead of paid for every single year.

Apps for Families

Built for my own kids first. The test is simple: does a child sit down with it without being asked, and come back the next day?

Key Hero

Piano · Desktop
Problem
Learning piano is hard, and it shouldn't be. Traditional lessons put abstract symbols in front of you before you ever make a sound you like, so most people quit long before it gets fun.
Solution
Notes fall onto the actual key you have to press — so your hands learn the keyboard instead of four abstract arrows. Real sheet music rides above the falling notes the whole time, so you learn to read while you play. Four modes form a ladder: Practice waits for you and names the key you missed, Normal flows at real tempo with a lyric line so you can play and sing, DDR scores you, and Sheet takes the training wheels off. Download any song you want that has a MIDI file, drop it in with the + MIDI button, and it's playable immediately.

Chess Hero

Chess · 3D · Desktop
Problem
Chess apps either drop a whole game on a kid or drill puzzles with no explanation. Either way nobody learns why the move was wrong, so the lesson never transfers to a real board.
Solution
A real 3D board you drag pieces around on, wrapped in a ladder of 16 skills in the order a coach actually teaches them — how each piece moves, is it safe, free or guarded, check, mate in one, forks, making a queen. Every wrong move gets a reason computed from the live position, never a canned string: "that piece is pinned — if it leaves, the rook on e3 attacks your king." The app picks the next rung itself, so there's no mode anyone has to remember and the home screen shows one thing.

Health & Insurance

The paperwork nobody has time to fight. These two exist because the alternative was losing money quietly, on a deadline, forever.

Insurance Fighter

Health claims · Desktop
Problem
Fighting a health insurer is a second job. Denials, underpayments and bills asking for money you don't owe arrive constantly — each with its own filing deadline, and a window that closes for good if you miss it. Most families just pay.
Solution
No more dealing with fighting insurance. It reads the portal for every member on the plan, judges each claim, and shows you one thing: what to do, by when, and the words to say. The appeal filing window is computed for every claim, so a deadline is never hand-entered or guessed. When a fight is worth having it builds the appeal packet and faxes it on its own after you set it up. Nothing is ever sent without your click.

Business Apps

Tools that run an operation while the owner does something else. Every one replaces a job somebody was doing by hand.

Front Desk

Short-term rentals · Desktop
Problem
Short-term rental guests ask the same dozen questions at every hour of the night, and a slow reply costs you the review — which costs you the next booking. Paying a person to watch a phone around the clock costs more than the unit makes.
Solution
It watches reservations and messages, drafts the reply from a playbook you control, and escalates to your phone the moment it doesn't know the answer rather than guessing. A review radar flags the guests worth following up with while it still matters. One thing stays deliberately manual: door codes are never sent automatically. Some decisions should cost a human a second of attention.
